General Information: Tabasco peppers are great for small gardens and patio pots. The small, light yellow-green peppers turn to red, growing on tall plants. Tabasco peppers are used fresh, or dried and ground into a powder.

Idea & Tips: Water in moderation; the soil must drain well. Peppers don’t tolerate saturated soil that waterlogs their roots. Don’t overfertilize. Use mulch to prevent excessive evaporation from the soil during the dry Summer months. For support, loosely tie the plants to stakes using rubber bands to allow for the expansion that comes with growing.
