General Information: Easy-to-care-for prolific plants provide more fruit longer.
The long, blocky fruits mature with a small, discreet seed cavity that can be scooped out, leaving all meat.
This means much less boiling to get a first class paste.
The shape is also good for canning, and excellent for drying.

Idea & Tips: Water thoroughly twice per week, and try to water early in the day so that plants will dry off before evening.
Tomatoes prefer regular feeding once the fruit sets, but too much early in the season will grow a large plant with fewer tomatoes.
Mulching helps ensure an even supply of moisture.
