General Information: Extra-large fruited poblano (Ancho) has good quality and heavy fruit. Fruit color matures from mid-dark green to deep red. Peppers have a classic poblano shape with broad shoulders and tapering to a point. They are firm, straight and have a high percentage of 2 lobes.
