General Information: Big Daddy produces jumbo, 8 to 10-in. (20 to 25-cm) yellow peppers in three months.
Pick a sunny location that you can water every couple of days.
These gigantic yellow peppers are great-tasting grilled, sautéed, stir-fried, roasted or stuffed.

Idea & Tips: Water in moderation; the soil must drain well. 
Peppers don’t tolerate saturated soil that waterlogs their roots. 
Don’t overfertilize.
Use mulch to prevent excessive evaporation from the soil during the dry Summer months. 
For support, loosely tie the plants to stakes using rubber bands to allow for the expansion that comes with growing.
